This policy explains how ProRenovations LLC (“ProRenovations,” “we”) handles information you share through this website.
What we collect
Estimate requests. When you request a free estimate, we collect your project type, name, preferred contact method, phone number and/or email address, city, project ZIP code, project description, and whether you have worked with us before. If you choose to fill in the optional second step, we also collect photos of your space, measurements, sketches, floor plans or inspiration images, style preferences, a budget range and your preferred timing.
Contact messages. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, phone number and/or email address and your message.
Uploaded photos and files. Location (GPS) and other camera data are removed from photos when they are uploaded. Uploads are stored privately: they cannot be opened from the public website and are available only to logged-in ProRenovations staff.
Spam protection. To block automated spam, we briefly keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your connection’s IP address for 15 minutes. Your IP address is not stored with your request.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to you, prepare your estimate, schedule site visits, and carry out and support your project. We email a copy of your request to our office inbox and, if you give us your email address, a confirmation to you.
We never sell your information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run this website and deliver its email (our web host and email provider), and only so they can provide those services.
Content from Google
Our Contact page shows a Google map, and our homepage shows Google reviews through the Trustindex reviews widget. When those load, Google or Trustindex may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser type, under their own privacy policies. This website does not use advertising or analytics tracking.
How long we keep it
Uploaded photos and files are deleted automatically 12 months after they are submitted. We keep the rest of your request as long as we need it to respond to you and for our business records, unless you ask us to delete it.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the information you sent us, email sales@prorenovationsok.com and tell us which request it concerns. We will confirm when it has been deleted.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. WordPress sets cookies only for staff who log in to manage the site.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
